Two people were killed Sunday night in a two-car head-on collision near the Carp Airport, Ottawa police Staff Sgt. Jamie Harper said.
Ottawa fire and emergency services responded to a call just before 9:30 from police for a motor vehicle collision at 2847 March Road.
Bystanders were performing CPR on one person; three other victims had to be extricated from the wreckage, Ottawa fire services said.
The condition of the injured was not available Sunday night.
