Who had it worse today: people trying to take the bus downtown, or the poor person running the OC Transpo Twitter account?
Okay, probably the commuters.
But still, there was plenty of rage directed at the transit agency this morning by people stranded at bus stations as nearly 10 cm of snow blanketed the city.

@OC_Transpo what gives?! Recognize that snow may delay commute, but waited 1hr at Tunneys for 105 and get to Lebreton to crazy line #ottnews pic.twitter.com/U5qDyyelIL

@OC_Transpo @MoggyBee @ottawacity Is there a black hole at Hurdman where 9's disappear into? 3 in a row didn't show.

Empty bus after empty bus passing by at Lincoln Fields, yet not a single 93 bus in over 40 minutes! @OC_Transpo

The hilarious cruelty of an out of service #octranspo bus going by bearing the words "have a great day" as we wait 30+ minutes in the snow

But as frustrated as commuters might be, spare a thought for the bus drivers who had to navigate through treacherous conditions.
Some people took time to thank the drivers who helped them.
Thanks to the @OC_Transpo drivers who do not call in sick on #Snowmageddon days. #YOW appreciates you. You have a tough job.
