Both the Ottawa and Thunder Bay police have asked for the public’s help to locate an Ottawa man who has been missing since Nov. 22.
Investigators suspect foul play in his disappearance, a Thunder Bay police news release stated.
Justin “Milky” Duncan, 23, was last seen in the Limbrick Street area of North Bay in the early hours of Nov. 22 when, according to witnesses, he was involved in an altercation. North Bay police would not provide details about the altercation or where, exactly, it took place.
Duncan, who is believed to have been in Thunder Bay since early November, has epilepsy and is described as black, about 5-8 and 140 pounds, with black hair in an afro style.
It’s thought he has friends in the Ottawa, Thunder Bay and Toronto areas.
Anyone with information was asked to call the Ottawa police major crime unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 5493, or the Thunder Bay police at 807-684-1200.
