A Smiths Falls resident suffered “superficial injuries” early Tuesday after surprising a break-in at their apartment.
Police say the robber or robbers bound the resident as they continued to ransack the apartment, Smith Falls police said Friday in a written statement.
The victim suffered “superficial injuries,” according to police.
The suspects who wore dark clothes fled the premise in “an unknown direction.”
Police would not release the gender of the resident or what might have been taken in the break-in.
