You can’t, as they say, make this stuff up.
On the night U.S. President Barack Obama was delivering his farewell speech in Chicago, the U.S. president-elect was no doubt seething over allegations on CNN of Donald J. Trump’s ties to Russia and revelations in the form of — let’s be delicate here — leaked documents via Buzzfeed of sexual improprieties in Russia.
