Colonel By Drive was closed between Bank and Clegg streets Tuesday morning after a crash involving as many as half-a-dozen vehicles Tuesday morning.
The city’s traffic centre warned at about 9:30 a.m. that the RCMP was out directing traffic in the area, where construction has already narrowed lanes, but that motorists should use other routes.
The fire department reported clearing the scene, where five to six vehicles collided but none of the occupants trapped, shortly after the traffic alert.
