City puts brakes on "crashed ice" track in park

The city of Ottawa and a community association in Bells Corners have "mutually agreed" to take down a "crashed ice" park connecting two rinks in the park. City officials plan to speak with other community associations about safety requirements for ice features other than rinks in local parks.
