"蹊跷" was found here -- Nt plans to restate key financial data going back to 2000. ha ha. It is bad news or good news?

The loss is overstate, it means, NT earned more than it reported. It should be a good news.

What analyst fears is the sale revene $2.27B, less than anticipated. But it's still a good figure consider just over $2B for Lucent. As economic improves, the sales will grow up.

This raises a question: when we sell the stock after we heard the bad news, it may already be late. But before the news was released, we didn't know it was good or bad. So what is the right time to sell a stock?
