1）一次性草坪修补/新草坪建造
One-time lawn top dressing and overseeding/new lawn building
视工作量收费，看后提建议并估价。草籽，肥和土由我推荐，保证茂盛，不带杂草（修补时看不见，新长出来的属于正常范围; 动物刨跑毁灭的和邻居不管理而曼延的杂草我也无能为力），否则我带草籽和土上门重新修补并拔除杂草。
评估费$50，如果由我修补，免收。草种，肥和土的费用由主人支付，我收工费: $250/天，1-3天; $230/天，4-5天; $210/天，6天以上。
Costs are a function of work volume. We shall provide recommendations for soil, fertilizer and seed with estimates after seeing your lawn. We guarantee the best results and no weeds brought in. We will otherwise come by with soil and seed to reseed except newly grown weeds and/or the newly seeded lawn is destroyed by animals.
Evaluation fees of $50 are waived if you decide to let us work for you. You pay for seed，fertilizer and soil. We are paid by work: $250/day, 1-3 days; $230/day, 4-5 days; $210/day, 6 days +.
2) 长年草坪护理
Year-round lawn care
以300平方米为基准，大者酌情加价
The following pricing is for a lawn of 300 square meters. Costs will be added accordingly for bigger lawns.
a. 春秋打孔通风，$60/次。
a. Spring and autumn aerating, $60 per service.
b. 春秋耙除枯草，$100/次
b. Spring and autumn raking, $100 each service.
c. 2次春肥，1次秋肥，包括最好的肥料，$60/次
c. 2 spring and 1 autumn fertilizing, $60 per service.
d. 3次拔除杂草，$60/次（限于我修补的草坪和我接受的维护好的草坪，我保留拒绝接受的权力）。
d. 3-time weeding, $60 per time.
e. 春季加土即top dressing，包土1立方米（25升的土40袋，杂草，虫，病处理过)，$400。如果顾客自己购土，人工费$250。
e. Spring top dressing, including 1 cubic meter of soil (weed, bugs and disease treated), $400. If you buy your own soil, We charge $250.
f. 每周割草兼剪边草，4月中到10月中，$600。
f. Weekly lawn mowing (mid-April to mid-October)
以上项目可以分开，全套服务，5% off。推荐一家，奖励受荐者服务价格的5%。
Services offered above are separable, 5% off for all items. For reference of one customer, you get 5% of that service value.
浇水是主人的事，我会提供最有效的浇水建议。我修补伺候的草坪比美高尔夫球场！但如果不按工序维护，我无能为力。
Watering is your responsibility, I will offer the most efficient and effective watering suggestions. The lawn I care is comparable to golf courses, conditional on that it is taken care of with the proper steps.
3）多年生室外花园设计栽种，$40/小时。

4）室内花卉植物设计栽种，$40/小时。
4) Indoor plants design and planting, $40 per hour.
5）暖房设计建造，价格取决于尺寸和具体要求。

现在开始接受2017年服务预订，接龙报名 （材料费事先预交，工钱每天结算。如果土已经送到家再反悔，收运送费单趟$100），服务时间按报名顺序。
