Centretown power outage knocks out lights for 1100 customers

Hydro Ottawa says an outage in downtown Ottawa may last until just after midnight.

The outage affects more than 1100 customers and is in the area of Lyon Street, Catherine Street, Bronson Avenue and Somerset Street.

Keep an eye on the Hydro Ottawa outage map for updates on restoration times.

Update: Crews are heading to Centretown to assess outage. We'll be posting updates as info becomes available.
