何处投诉种族仇恨行为

今天一大早就发现自家车库门和外面的汽车被砸了鸡蛋.这已是搬入Bridlewood两年多来受的第八次骚扰了.我自问未与周围任何人有过节,有理由怀疑这是有针队性的破坏,并与种族有关.因为住的是旧房区,中国人不多,邻居就从来没有发生过此类事情.

已经报案三次,但从未派人实地调察.案发时间又都是晚上或外出时,防不胜防.不知是否有部门处理此类与种族有关的问题,如大家有相关信息或经验,还望回贴.多谢

Use PC camera to capture. It is very cheap for PC camera. I saw $9.99 in Futureshop 2 weeks ago.

I think one of your neighbour did this. I saw a 1 800 number for descrimination hot line before but I did not write it down. Check with the international center and also consult with them. You should also check with your neighbours and ask them if they saw any suspicious people around your house. Have a camera is also a good idea. I once read an article about a balck family who moved into a white neighbourhood. The family's neighbour did many annoy things in order to get rid of the black family from the neighbourhood.
