Mayor Jim Watson will welcome Dr. Mark Kristmanson, Chief Executive Officer of the National Capital Commission; U.S. Embassy Chargé d’Affaires a.i. Elizabeth Moore Aubin; and MPP Nathalie Des Rosiers, Ottawa—Vanier; to officially open the new Mackenzie Avenue cycle track.
