The Ottawa Police Service is reaching out to the public for assistance in locating a missing 82 year old female by the name of Nelliya Karbisheva.
Ms. Karbisheva was last seen within the 300 block of Horseshoe Crescent in Stittsville around noon on Sunday. She was walking her small white poodle at the time she went missing.
Ms. Karbisheva is described as a white female who is 5’2″ tall, medium build with short salt and pepper hair last seen wearing brown shorts and a rose or pink hat and blue jacket.
