Via rail service between Ottawa and Toronto was delayed Tuesday morning because of an incident on the train tracks in the city’s west end.
Police were called to to an incident on the tracks in the area of Highway 416 and McKenna Casey Drive just before 8 a.m..
VIA Rail reports that Train 43 from Ottawa to Toronto will now arrive in Kingston at 11:15 a.m. instead of 9:10 a.m. and at Union Station at 1:30 p.m. instead of 11:35 a.m.
Police said only that foul play is not suspected.
