Why do you need a template? You should read the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website regarding the requirements for getting a Visitor Visa for Business purpose. It's better you write your own according to the requirements.

Thanks for reminding. But I think it should be better to customize a template for a formal letter. As you know, it could be easy to get the visa with a perfect invitation letter.

Any help? I will still be waiting for your help.
