[请求] Help

我的OUTLOOK EXPRESS感染病毒了，不停向外发EMAIL。下载了NORTON试用，结果EMAIL项总是ERROR，还有什么办法吗？ 谢谢！

Usually you don't need to format your harddisk if you know how virus works.
You can goto

download a trial version Nod32 to see whether it can help you get rid of this virus.
NOD32 is a better antivirus software,comparing to NAV, Macfee.

If it still can not help, I think the last thing you can do is to install The Bat!
another almost perfect email software, It can import msgs from outlook express, so you won't loss your old msgs., after that, you can delete your Outlook Express

我也碰到过同样的问题。许多病毒都是针对微软的。

现在我使用的邮件工具是FoxMail，一个古老的中文软件。当微软还不知道多帐户管理时它就实行了真正的多帐户，IMAP,POP3等功能。邮件模板，服务器选项等也不错，更重要的是短小精悍，才1.2M。据俺的感觉，它比现在的outlook也还强些。这个软件是俺读书的年代，有个叫张小龙的天才哥们自己独自编的。可惜后来没有商品化，没有资金和技术支持，所以到3.01版本后就没有继续发展了。不过在瘟2000上运行也没问题。

"Navidad"病毒 (变种 -- “Emanuel.exe”)

这个病毒篡改注册表--每次Windows启动后自动执行
这个病毒，-- 禁止其他程序执行，然后copy用户outlook express
里面的一些邮件，使用它们的标题，自动向address book中其他人
发送Email -- 当然带有“Emanuel.exe”附件。

郑重提醒：千万不要打开邮件附件-“Emanuel.exe” 或者
“Navidad.exe”！！！

该病毒属于中等危害强度病毒。可以用手工修改注册表的方法杀除。
