Nobody said it's 豪宅. 成交价77万 is just about right. Since its asking price was only 69万, no wonder it would attract many competitive offers.

Just 2-3 weeks ago, two other Huntsville houses were sold at 63万 & 85万 respectively. The 63万 house is less than 2500 square feet and hardly had any upgrade. Please don't tell me that a 3000+ square feet house with three garages in the same location should not be sold higher than 70万, no matter how little it was upgraded.

你亲自进去看过没？ 我看了，里面样子很不好，不是Upgrade的问题，是状态很不好。以前和现在都是群租屋用途的。
