The house is located at 890 Cahill Drive West, close to Hunt Club Road and Cahill Drive West. It is very convenient to go to school （Carleton University, University of Ottawa, and Algonquin college) and go shopping. It takes you only 2 minutes to walk to #87 bus stop, 3 minutes to walk to #92, 97, 116, 189 and 199 bus stops. It takes 3 mintues to get to South Keys Centre and 5 minutes to get to TNT supermarket by bus. The tenant has to be a non-smoker.
You will share bathroom and well-equipped kitchen with the landlord. Included with rent:
