Things are looking to be a little less wonderful over the next few days,
For Wednesday, it’s looking muggy and humid.
Once the overnight fog burns off, the forecast is for a mix of sun and cloud into the afternoon, with a 30-per-cent chance of showers and risk of a thunderstorm or two.
The high is expected to be 30 C, feeling like 36 in the humidity and a UV index of 8 or very high.
Wednesday night is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a 60-per-cent chance of showers, and more possible T-storms. The low should be around 17 C.
Thursday is looking to be mainly cloudy, with a 60-per-cent chance of showers in the afternoon. Thunbsterorms are again a possibility, and the high should be 27 C, bumped up to a ‘feels like’ 37 by high humidity.
Chance of showers dips to 40-per-cent Thursday night, and the low should be around 18 C.
As for the Civic holiday weekend, right now it’s looking like mixture of sun and cloud, with chances of showers all three days.
Friday’s high is expected to be about 26 C, and then the thermometer starts to slide, with highs of 22 C to 24 C over the long weekend.
