Ottawa police are looking for anyone who might have seen a dark-coloured sedan fleeing the scene of the 9 p.m. fatal shooting of man in an Iris Street strip mall near Greenbank Road.
The police major crime unit said in a release that it is believed the suspect or suspects fled in the car, which might have been driven erratically east along Iris Street and in the area of Baseline Road, Greenbank Road and Woodroffe Avenue between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Anyone with information is asked to contact major crime at 613-236-1222 ext. 5493.
Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or by downloading the Ottawa Police app.
