An Ottawa man has been charged with sexual assault and making child porn after police allege he invited children into his home to shoot movies, then secretly recorded them changing.
Police said the man was known to invite youth living in the Uplands Drive area into his home.
Karl Njolstad, 54, has been charged with invitation to sexual touching, sexual interference, possession and production of child porn, voyeurism and sexually assaulting a female under the age of 12 while making child porn.
He was set to appear in court on Saturday.
Police are concerned there could be other possible victims.
They ask anyone with information to contact the Ottawa Police Service major case management at 613-236-1222, ext. 5760. Tips may also be sent electronically to mcm@ottawapolice.ca
