A 78-year-old Eastern Ontario man went missing on Tuesday, and the Hawkesbury detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police has asked for public assistance in finding him.
Police said Gary Foster was last seen leaving his residence on Concession 9 in Alfred-Plantagenet Township at 3:34 p.m. and entering a beige pickup truck with a glass-fibre cap on the box. Foster was not the vehicle’s driver.
Foster was described as standing five feet nine inches tall and weighing 200-225 pounds. Police said he was wearing a red Massey Ferguson baseball cap, a tank top, red shorts with orange pinstripes on both sides, black socks and no shoes.
The OPP was seeking any information on the whereabouts of Foster and would like to identify and speak with the driver of the truck that transported him.
If you have any information, contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477)
