Does any one have experience with Olympia Homes? I am going to buy a two years old house built by this company and want to know whether this builder is a good one or not.

Olympia home is OK but not good as Minto, Richcraft and Uebandale.

I am not saying the upgrades. I meant the quality of the house. Actually, it is my agent told me.

In my opinion, Minto and Olympia are the same level or no big difference. Olympia is a little bit better than Minto.

It all depends. Generally speaking, post-sales service, price and location is the most important thing. You never know the quality until you actually move in no matter what builder builds it. Minto is not that bad, otherwise, how can it be the biggest? Just the standard feature is lower than smaller builders.

But have you thought about how do smaller builders make up their loss in the features? They have to make money after all. All the stuff will come back to you here or there.

Maybe you are right. But I don't mean that the Minto is a bad builder. Different company serve different levels of consumer. Minto likes to build the house of larger square feet with lower price than that of other company. Some small company likes to serve the other kind of consumers, who pay much more attension to the design and yard than the square feet. Therefore, you might say that Minto is a popular house builder.
