Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the person responsible for a fire that was deliberately set at an east-end school on Sunday night.
Emergency services responded to a fire at École Saint-Marie elementary school on Innes Road shortly after 11 p.m. on Aug. 27.
The fire caused extensive damage to a portable school unit and vehicle. Both the building and the truck were also sprayed with graffiti.
Anyone with information about the incident or person(s) responsible can call Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
