Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in locating Carole Pinard, 67, of Ottawa who was last seen Wednesday at about 4 p.m. while walking her pet Chihuahua on Bilbery Drive.
Pinard is described as Caucasian, five-feet-five inches (165 cm) tall, with a heavy set build. She has dark brown hair that may have been dyed a slightly lighter shade and blue eyes.
When last seen, she was wearing, black yoga pants and long-sleeve pink shirt.
Her family is concerned for her safety.
