MACBOOK PRO keep crushing and restarting

After upgraded to Sierra, things started to happen. Thought it would be hard drive issue, changed HD , problem still exists. Anyone experienced the same thing? thanks

Tried reset SMC and PARM , does not work.

In that case, I would open the case to clean the heating related parts, such as fans, in order to exclude the overheating possibility.

Glad it worked out. Usually resetting PRAM does solve this kind of issues.

Reapplied thermal paste. The computer now seems run faster.
