我想问，人身威胁恐吓在加拿大定什么罪，严重吗？不能老在这样的阴影下过日子，谢谢帮助。

you can go to a court and get a restraining order against him/her. this will prevent him/her from contacting you. if he/she threatens you again, call the police to report the violation of the restraining order. this will get him/her some trouble and hopefully a lesson that s/he learns. good luck.
