Freehold townhouse, monthly charge for snow removal and yard gardening $85. That is it. It is rarely find with 4 storeys including 3 storeys above ground and basement. The first floor include one garage and one den (currently used as bedroom). Second floor is balcony, kitchen and living room. Third floor is two bedrooms on the two opposite. One is master bedroom with bath room inside. One bedroom has adjacent bathroom attached in the lobby. Actually two bathrooms in between to separate the two bedrooms, one is the bathroom inside the master bedroom; one is the bathroom in the lobby attached to the second bedroom. The selling price is $494,000 to $505,000 for the similar inside. $540,000 for renovation in kitchen, bathroom. My renovation may not count value in local people's perspective as I have new hard wood floors in the entire house except carpet stairs.
