Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in finding Kelsey Fournier, 28, of Ottawa and Aylmer.
Fournier was last seen Wednesday at about 3 p.m. in the Telesat Crescent area near Blair Road in the east end. Her family is greatly concerned for her safety.
She is described as Caucasian, five-feet-eight-inches (173 cm) tall, weighing 94 pounds (42 kg), with a very slender build and shoulder-length blond hair.
When last seen she was wearing jeans, a burgundy blouse with black hoody over it and was carrying a black backpack.
Fournier may be with her dog, described as a black, mastiff-type animal.
Anyone who knows where Fournier is should contact Ottawa police dispatch at 613-230-6211.
