Ottawa police are seeking assistance locating an 86-year-old man who went missing Wednesday night at about 8:30 p.m.
John Hunton was last seen in the 2300 block of Carling Avenue, near the Lincoln Fields Transitway station.
He is described as Caucasian, five-feet-eight-inches tall weighing about 170 pounds with receding grey hair. He was wearing beige pants, a burgundy jacket and black shoes.
Anyone who knows Hunton’s whereabouts is asked to phone police dispatch at 613-230-6211.
Anyone with other information on the disappearance is asked to call missing persons at 613-236-1222 x 2355.
