Depending on different company policies. Some companies offer 4% for new employees, then 6% for staff having been with the company for certain number of years.

I know government offer even employees with about 6% vacation.That's 3 weeks per year.

有的公司是给你放假不给钱，有的是给钱不给放假。如果是算钱的话，应该是工资的4%。
