A 31-year-old North Dundas man faces charges of assault, sexual assault, criminal harassment, distribution of intimate images without consent and possession of a controlled substance as a result of a sexual assault investigation by the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry OPP.
Police said the charges were related to a domestic situation. The accused, who was arrested on Thursday, was held in custody pending an appearance in Cornwall court. His name was withheld to protect the identity of the victim.
