Ottawa had its late-coming first frost earlier this week but don’t fear a repeat performance anytime soon with unseasonably fine fall weather in the forecast.

Wednesday is expected to be sunny with a high of 18 C and low of 11 C, according to Environment Canada.

For Thursday, expect a mix of sun and cloud, gusty winds around noon and a 30 per cent chance of afternoon showers. The forecast high is 19 C and the low 6 C.
