Staff-Sgt. Michael Haarbosch several of the victims were in the area north of Ogilvie Road and urged any other victims to report it to police.

“Roving groups of thugs robbing kids for candy on Halloween,” Haarbosch tweeted. “How low can you go!!! If you have info, turn them in! Call @CrimeStoppersOT.”

The man – who was dressed all in black with his face covered – fled on a bicycle. He was last seen on Bridge Street near Madawaska Boulevard.

Police did not say what was taken in the incident.
