Police say they have a suspect in custody and charges are being laid after a man was stabbed in the ByWard Market in the wee hours of Sunday morning.
Paramedics said that he was taken to the hospital with serious and potentially life-threatening injuries but police reported the man had survived.
Police said more details would be released later Sunday.
