Mayor Jim Watson will present the Order of Ottawa for 2017 to 17 recipients including the Brian Kilrea Award for Excellence in Coaching, at an induction ceremony on Thursday evening at Ottawa City Hall. Grandmaster Tae Eun Lee, a recipient of the Order of Ottawa for 2016, was unable to attend last year’s ceremony and will therefore be honoured at this year’s ceremony.
