Mental health campaign targets children under 6

A new campaign launched by Ottawa Public Health is aiming to raise awareness about how children under the age of six, who experience high levels of daily stress without a caring supportive adult, are more susceptible to depression, suicide and drug and alcohol abuse in their adolescent years.
