Police seized drugs and weapons from a house in east-end Gatineau Wednesday night after several weeks of surveillance.
Police seized two crossbows, 1,300 tablets of methamphetamine, 20 millilitres of steroids, 61 ml of — known as the “date rape” drug — some cannabis, equipment for growing marijuana and cash. They were in a house on Maloney Boulevard East.
One person was arrested, a 35-year-old man from Gatineau. He was released on a promise to appear in court later.
Gatineau police invite anyone with information about drug trafficking to contact its tip line by calling 819 243-INFO (4636), option 2.
