A 51-year-old Ottawa man faces child pornography charges after police raided his Kanata home on Thursday.
Police began investigating the man in October and found he had been downloading and sharing images and videos of child pornography. Officers raided his home near Eagleson Road and Abbeyhill Drive and seized electronic devices.
Lucien Lemieux, who is originally from Sudbury, has been charged by the Ottawa police internet child exploitation unit with two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of making child pornography available. He is to appear in court on Friday.
