William Mattice is also charged with conspiracy to commit an indictable offence.
Isaac Ubdegrove, 18, is also to appear in court Dec. 29 to face seven counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
Imad Khoury, 41, is to appear Dec. 1 on charges of possession and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence.
Leeds County OPP said that the drugs involved are cocaine, heroin, psilocybin, oxycodone, hydromorphone, cannabis resin and marijuana worth about $30,000 on the street.
