Warm but wet weather on the way Monday and Tuesday

Monday’s forecast high is 4 C and Tuesday’s is 9 C but along with those unseasonably warm temperatures comes more wet weather.

For Monday, there’s a risk of freezing drizzle as fog patches dissipate, a 60 per cent chance of overnight showers and a low of 2 C.

Expect periods of rain for Tuesday switching to rain showers or flurries overnight as the mercury drops to – 3 C.

The Wednesday forecast is for clouds, a 40 per cent chance of flurries by day and 30 per cent by night, a high of zero and a low of -4 C.

For Thursday, expect a mix of sun and cloud, a 30 per cent chance of flurries, a high of 0 C and low of -6 C.

Friday’s forecast is for a mix of sun and cloud, a 30 per cent chance of flurries, a high of – 1 C and a low of – 8 C.

Expect clouds, colder temperatures and a 40 per cent chance of flurries through the weekend.

Saturday’s high is -4 and the low of -8 C. Sunday’s high is just -5 C.

Normal temperatures for this time of year are highs of -1 C and lows of -9 C.
