In accordance with Subsection 82 (2) of the Procedure By-law, the Mayor, as Chair of the Hiring Panel for the Light Rail Regulatory Monitor and Compliance Officer has called a Special Meeting for Monday, December 11 at 1 p.m. for the purpose of the Hiring Panel conducting interviews for the position of Light Rail Regulatory Monitor and Compliance Officer.
The meeting will be held in the Colonel By Room at Ottawa City Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue West.
Although this meeting will begin in open session, the Hiring Panel will resolve to meet In Camera pursuant to the Procedure By-law, Subsections 13.(1)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including staff; (d) labour relations or employee negotiations; and (f) the receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, and specifically in order to receive information regarding the list and to select candidates to be interviewed for the position of Light Rail Regulatory Monitor and Compliance Officer.
