To share with other .unless you have two people for both rooms .
the usual 1st and last month rent with lease.
I am making some changes in the rooms different furniture but .
there is a big king size bed in one room and a queen size in the other and a small single mattress if needed.
.or 850$ if one lease .

2018年1月即可入住。独立屋一层的两室一厅公寓。房东老爷爷一个人住二楼，分门出入，互不打扰。
两间卧室大小差不多。单租一间价格每个月$450，整租$850一个月。价格是包含了水电气暖网。
fix term的租房合同，要求首月和末月的房租签合同时支付。带床架，柜子和餐桌凳子等简单家具。
房东是华裔，但是不会讲中文, 人非常好。
