A child and an adult were taken to hospital suffering from minor smoke inhalation as a result of a Friday afternoon fire at 27 Rousillon St. in Gatineau.
Twelve fire trucks responded to the call at 3:15, and the fire was deemed under control by 4:23.
Seven people were displaced due to the blaze that caused more than $170,000 in damage, Gatineau fire said in a news release.
