Submitting comments to Planning Committee during inclement weather

Inclement weather is expected in Ottawa later this evening and potentially into tomorrow morning, which could affect travel conditions for the morning commute. As such, those wishing to provide comment on items on Tuesday’s Planning Committee Agenda can submit written comments if they are unable to attend the meeting. Written comments are given equal consideration as oral presentations, and can be submitted by email to the Committee Coordinator at Melody.Duffenais@ottawa.ca.

Please note that any written or verbal submissions will be made available to City Council, City staff and the public (your personal contact information will be excluded in any copy provided to the public) and placed on the official record. Your name and submission may also be referenced in the Committee Minutes for the corresponding item. In addition, if presenting at a Committee meeting, please note that Committee meetings are recorded and the audiocast is public.
