Flags at half-mast in memory of former City of Gloucester Councillor Royal Galipeau

The flags at the Orléans Client Service Centre will be lowered to half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Tuesday, January 30, in honour of the late Mr. Royal Galipeau former City of Gloucester Councillor from 1982 to 1985, and former Conservative Member of Parliament for Ottawa-Orléans from 2006 to 2015. Mr. Galipeau passed away on Saturday, January 27.

Mr. Galipeau will be remembered for his strong leadership and unwavering dedication to the community.
