Gatineau police are investigating a suspicious death in a home near the east end of Kettle Island.
They arrived at 222 rue Napoléon-Groulx about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and have been on location ever since, with barriers set up around the property. They expect to remain there all day Wednesday.
Police are refusing to say anything about the victim, or the circumstances of the death.
The building is a two-storey structure next door to a park, and the ground floor and second floor have separate entrances. It is three doors north of Maloney Boulevard, near Labrosse Boulevard and Parc du Lac Beauchamp.
