Ottawa police are reporting they received a 911 call at approximately 1:30 a.m. Sunday. The caller said that a male and female had been shot.
The major crime unit is now investigating the deaths as a murder-suicide.
The deaths occurred in the 100 block of MacFarlane Road, between Merivale Road and Prince of Wales , south of Hunt Club
