A man and a woman face charges after the Ottawa police street crime unit raided an east-end address Thursday and seized cash and drugs including crack, powdered cocaine, methamphetamines, pot, Percocet and as-yet unidentified pills.
Investigators peg the street value of the drugs at $36,635.
The search warrant on Renaud Road near Navan Road also yielded three digital scales, four cell phones, drug-packing materials and $1,800 in cash.
Jean Fregory Pierre, 44, and Witzerlande Jean Brice, 33, are charged with possession of both a Schedule 1 and Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking. Pierre is also charged with possession of the proceeds of crime.
