The two southbound lanes on Elgin Street will be closed between Argyle Street and Catherine Street beginning at 7 p.m. this evening. The lane closure is expected to last until Friday evening. The two northbound lanes will be adjusted to allow one lane of travel in each direction. The lane closure is required so that the City can perform unplanned sewer work in the area.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
